This was the second of two circus themed cakes we did this past weekend, this one was for our good friends Diego and Javi!  The colors for this circus themed birthday were red, white, blue, orange, and green so we created the cake to match. The bottom tier is white with a circle and polka dot design. The middle tier features a circus style plaque with the birthday boys' names in circus font and stars in matching colors. The top tier is a circus tent created to match the invitation. The cake topper is an elephant made of modeling chocolate that sits on top of a fondant ball.
